Establishing your first web site can be challenging. This two-day course is designed to get you on the web by the end of class 

This special workshop will be taught once a quarter or as demand dictates. It is a full 16 hour course and will cover a lot of material. 

Class Dates: August 2nd & 9th 2008 Time: 9:00 - 5:00

Costs: $450

You will learn how to:

1. Look for an available domain name
2. Register your own name
3. Learn the difference in hosting platforms
4. Find a hosting company
5. Connect to your hosting company
6. Create your own site to include
   • Pages
   • Navigation
   • Insert graphics
   • E-mail addresses
   • Links
   • Setting up your outlook or other e-mail client
   • Basic CSS
7. Register your site with search engines

It is recommended to have some images and text ready prior to class.
